Oatmeal Bath Soak Recipe - SB

An oatmeal bath is perfect for moisturizing dry, rashy winter skin.

  • 2 cups baking soda
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 1 cup colloidal oatmeal
  • 10 drops carrot essential oil
  • 10 drops rose geranium oil

Mix in a food processor or plastic bag and then store in an air tight container.

To use, pour half a cup of your bath soak into an unsatisfyingly luke warm tub of bath water. Soak for 10 minutes or so. Carefully get out of the tub - it'll be a bit slippery from the colloidal oatmeal.

Pat dry with a clean towel and gently apply a moisturizer.
